Cancellations:

We would ask you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.  This allows us to allocate your appointment to someone else who may require it.   We regret that you may incur a failure fee if you fail to attend your appointment or cancel at short notice.    

Payment Terms

We ask that treatment is paid for at the end of each treatment.  We will happily provide receipts for each appointment.  We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, laser cards.  We are unable to accept cheques.
